Do you struggle with feeling at loss with your sense of self, which affects your relationships and your day-to-day life? Do you feel overwhelmed by your mind constantly thinking about the what-ifs of life? Do you feel disconnected from yourself and others? Now more than ever women are feeling anxious, uncertain, and overwhelmed about how to "manage it all" and take care of themselves. Constantly putting everyone else before you can lead to feeling burnt-out and disconnected from mind and body. Helping women like you live a better, joy-filled life is my passion. Practicing somatic tools, improving self-compassion, setting boundaries, and learning healthy communication can help you through life transitions and change patterns of behavior that are keeping you stuck. Let's create a space filled with vulnerability, uncovering patterns, & creating change that lasts. Whether you are struggling with life as a college student, young adult, career-focused woman, nurturing mom, or any other role you identify with-my goal is to help you feel better so you can live the life you dream of.
