With over six years of clinical experience, Samantha has worked extensively with adults navigating the complexities of ADHD, relational patterns, and the lasting impact of childhood chaos. Whether clients are struggling with emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, self-doubt, or the challenges of living with ADHD, she helps them make sense of their experiences and build a more fulfilling future. She blends warmth, directness, and humor to create a therapeutic space that feels both safe and transformative.
I help adults with ADHD and those who grew up in dysfunctional families untangle the patterns, beliefs, and survival strategies that no longer serve them. If you grew up managing other people’s emotions, walking on eggshells, or feeling responsible for keeping the peace, you may have learned to put yourself last. Now, as an adult, you might struggle with boundaries, self-doubt, emotional overwhelm, or a constant sense of “not enough.”
