Seth was born in a rural area of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, but grew up in several states throughout his childhood. Seth attended and graduated from Michigan State University for both his undergraduate and graduate degrees, beginning his clinical specialization in trauma informed practice while completing his MSW degree. Seth specializes in treating ADHDers and Autistics, both clinically and self-diagnosed. He utilizes a combination of somatic approaches, Internal Family Systems, and ACT practices to provide support that is neurodiversity affirming.
