Message to clients

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by life’s pressures or struggling to find balance, I want you to know that change is possible. Life can feel exhausting, especially when dealing with anxiety, relationship challenges, or the daily stress that takes a toll on your emotional well-being. But you don’t have to navigate it on your own. I offer a safe, supportive space where we can work together to build the tools you need to manage stress, improve relationships, and create a sense of emotional balance. Through therapy, we’ll focus on your strengths and resilience, helping you find clarity and confidence in even the most uncertain times. I approach therapy with a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), combining practical strategies with a mindful, compassionate approach. Your cultural background, values, and life experiences are important to me, and I’ll ensure our work together reflects who you truly are. If you’re ready to take the next step toward emotional growth and healing, I’d be honored to walk that journey with you. Shayonce and I have worked together through multiple assignments and projects during our Master program. I’ve noticed Shayonce’s ability to create a very welcoming and safe environment for clients, and it's clear that her empathy and attentiveness are having a positive impact. The way she navigated sensitive topics with clients, especially around anxiety and depression, has been really impressive. I value our collaboration and the professionalism we bring to our clinical practices throughout our program.
