Message to clients

Have you ever felt hopeless, sad, overwhelmed and unsure of life. I believe with the right supports everyone can have the life they desire. As the owner of Shelly Qualtieri & Associates Counselling & Coaching, my goal is to create a safe and supportive space for teens and adults and couples to feel a little lighter after each session, empowered and more control of their life - with understanding the root cause of the challenges while providing practical tools and strategies to implement in their lives. I have always felt a passion to support people in understanding the root cause of their challenges and those sticky and hard moments. I look at counselling as being bite-size, achievable, with tangible strategies to find resolution to those areas you feel stuck. As we unpack these together I love the sense of empowerment I see grow within you.
