About Stacey | She/her

Stacey Wright is a Licensed Professional Counselor, highly specialized in providing online psychotherapy and counseling for highly sensitive individuals and introverts. With advanced training in high sensitivity, perinatal mental health, and sex therapy, Stacey assists a diverse range of clients who are dealing with anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, as well as sex and intimacy issues. Coming from an impressive background in technology, project management, and entrepreneurship, Stacey integrates her personal and professional experiences to bring a unique perspective to her practice. She holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from the University of Georgia and an MBA from New York University. Her transition to psychotherapy was spurred by a period of personal reflection and transformation, facilitated by therapy. Stacey now dedicates her practice exclusively to online sessions, reaching clients not only in the Atlanta area but also throughout Georgia and South Carolina. This remote work model enables her to offer support to those far beyond her local area and individuals with complicated schedules, including busy moms. Stacey's extensive experience allows her to effectively work with high-performing professionals in tech or other high-demand fields. In every interaction, Stacey's primary goal is to empower her clients and guide them towards personal transformation and healing.

Message to clients

Hello sensitive soul, I understand how you might be feeling right now. You're a high-achiever, navigating your way through your personal and professional life with determination and grit. But despite your accomplishments, there are times when you might feel overwhelmed and question your self-worth. As an introvert and a highly sensitive person, your world is a rich tapestry of emotions and experiences, but it can also feel overwhelming at times. You may experience life more intensely, feel emotions more deeply, and be be impacted by your environment than others. You are empathetic, intuitive, and conscientious, but the world can sometimes feel too loud, too fast, and too much. You've learned to hide your vulnerability and often wear a mask, but it is exhausting. I want you to know that your sensitivity is not a burden but a gift, and with the right guidance, it can be harnessed into a powerful tool for self-understanding and transformation. As a highly sensitive person myself and a Licensed Professional Counselor, I specialize in working with individuals just like you. In our sessions, we'll work together to help you manage feelings of overwhelm, address any anxieties, and build up your self-worth outside of your accomplishments. You don't have to navigate this journey alone. I invite you to reach out to me and together, let's transform your sensitivity into a superpower. Because you're not just surviving, you're made for thriving.
