Stephanie Jordan is a licensed therapist with six years of clinical experience and over 20 years in HR management. She is a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist through The Grief Recovery Institute and holds a postgraduate certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy. As the founder of A Better Me Wellness, Stephanie specializes in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, acute stress, adjustment disorders, fear, self-doubt, shame, guilt, and relational challenges. She works collaboratively with clients to uncover the root causes of emotional distress, identify self-defeating patterns, and create a clear path toward healing and personal growth. Stephanie’s approach is grounded in differentiation-based therapy, empowering clients to develop a strong sense of self while maintaining individuality in the face of external pressures. She also incorporates somatic therapy, a body-based method that helps clients process emotions through physical awareness, release stored tension, and foster deep healing. With a compassionate yet direct approach, Stephanie guides clients who feel emotionally stuck or overwhelmed toward inner strength, clarity, and lasting transformation. Through her work, she helps individuals cultivate resilience, break free from limiting patterns, and create meaningful change in their lives.
It would be a privilege to walk alongside you on your healing journey. I know that life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, and at times, you may question your ability to move forward. But even when you struggle to see it, I believe in your resilience and capacity to grow. Together, we will navigate whatever valleys you find yourself in—identifying persistent struggles, recognizing patterns that hold you back, and confronting the hard truths necessary for change. My goal is to help you gain clarity, build inner strength, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want. Healing isn’t about avoiding pain; it’s about moving through it with courage. You don’t have to do this alone. I’m here to support you, challenge you, and help you rise—out of the valley and toward the summit, where the best in you can emerge. If you’re ready to take that step, I’m ready to walk with you. Let’s begin.
