About Stephnie | She/her

Steph has her Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lamar University. She advocates for all populations and always puts her clients first. She is open to work with individual adults, adolescents (10-19), and couples. Using her compassion, this will allow her clients to be their most authentic self and explore different goals. When she's not saving the world (just kidding, not really) she is dancing, working out, trying new foods, or spending time with friends.

Peer review

Stephnie is structured in her approach to therapy, yet is flexible in meeting her clients where they are. She is well-versed in many therapeutic approaches. As someone who has worked through grad school with Stephnie, I would recommend her to my friends and peers for an example of a model therapist. I wish her the best in her endeavors, but know she will do well regardless of what she does.
