Sue Stewart-Bermon is in Private Practice located in Needham, MA. She provides In-Person and Telehealth sessions. She grew up in Rhode Island, received a Masters in Social Work from Simmons College in 2006 and has been living and working in the Boston/Greater Boston area since then. Sue holds eighteen years of experience as an Individual and Family Therapist with specialized training in Maternal and Infant Mental Health, Early Childhood Development, Anxiety Treatment with Children and Adolescents as well as Neuropsychological Interventions for Emotional Regulation. Her experience includes serving as a Boston Area Non-Profit Clinical Team Lead and providing extensive direct clinical support and consultation in the hospital (NICU Families), Pediatrics, Outpatient Behavioral Health, Public Health and other Community Based settings. Sue works in collaboration with individuals, parents and families of all ages, backgrounds and orientations. She has a strong background in Trauma Informed Care and utilizes an integrative therapy approach grounded in Attachment Theory, Developmental Psychology, Neuropsychology and Polyvagal Theory.
