Tad Lusk, MA, LPC specializes in helping young adults, millennials and professionals break free from anxiety & depression and find confidence, clarity & peace of mind. As a lifelong musician who has toured nationally and internationally, Tad also loves helping musicians and creatives. Tad earned his MA in Counseling Psychology from University of Denver in 2013 and has been trained in a variety of science-backed and evidence-based modalities including EMDR, CBT and SFBT. In addition, Tad incorporates his years of experience with meditation, mindfulness and contemplative & spiritual traditions from both east and west to integrate the most effective approaches in healing and optimizing mental health & wellbeing. Tad has worked with a diverse spectrum of people from many different backgrounds and has experience in a wide variety of settings, including nonprofit, school, community agency, hospital, corporate and private practice. Tad has been running his own private practice since 2022. Tad is a Colorado native and in his free time enjoys playing guitar, reading, being outside, the gym, meditation, Qigong and quality time with his wife traveling, exploring new restaurants, or watching their favorite shows.
