Message to clients
Hello there - Here is what I'd like to share with you... I am the right therapist for you if you are interested in better understanding who and how you are. With training in family therapy, I have helped many clients make sense of their family dynamics, family history and present day challenges with family members and in other relationships as well. I also am passionate about working with individuals whose lives have been impacted by the loss of an important family member, friend or other important person in their life. We all experiences deaths and losses differently so this work is both sacred and very specialized to the needs of each person I work with. I also support and assist people who are struggling with standard types of life changes and transitions (starting a first job after college/graduate school, navigating intimate and romantic relationships, learning to adapt to a new city and/or job, etc.). I look forward to meeting with you and to working with you! - Teresa
