Teresa Quinn (she/hers) is a licensed clinical social worker in Chicago, Illinois, specializing in grief, loss, illness, and all of the complexities that come with these life changes. Teresa is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and a Certified EMDR Therapist with extensive training in grief, trauma, expressive arts, perinatal mental health, and clinical hypnosis.
You deserve a space where you get to show up and be taken care of, instead of you always taking care of others. I offer therapy to adults struggling with self-compassion, grief, anxiety, imposter syndrome, chronic illnesses, fertility issues, and trauma. I offer both traditional weekly sessions and EMDR intensives, which allow us to carve out 2-3 hour time blocks for you to really drop into the deep work of healing. Let’s work together to help you build the spacious, nourishing life that you deserve.

Teresa is a compassionate therapist who provides exceptional clinical care. She is highly trained and able to use multiple modalities dependent on client need and always meets clients where they are. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know and refer others to her.
Teresa is very knowledgable and a clinically sound provider. She connects with clients to foster change and growth.
Teresa creates a grounded, inviting space to heal. Her demeanor is kind and curious, and she utilizes this demeanor as well as her depth of expertise to create a dynamic in which her clients feel both empowered and cared for. I would recommend her as a therapist to people who feel over-burdened, stuck in high alert, or never quite good enough.
