If you’re currently experiencing anxiety or depression symptoms, you don’t have to manage your symptoms on your own. I offer therapy and support for women, BIPOC and LGBTQ+ professionals in Chicago. Here’s how I can help. I will work with you to pinpoint the major causes of your anxiety and depressive symptoms, including over-functioning, perfectionism and traumatic experiences. We’ll also examine early childhood and adolescent experiences, which may have contributed to your symptoms. You’ll gain a greater sense of clarity, understanding and self-compassion—all with the end goal of increasing your overall well-being and helping you feel more hopeful about your future.

Tiffany has a unique ability to help her clients feel truly seen, and then helps them see themselves. She holds space with strength and without judgment and is a truth teller, fostering security and helping people face their struggles without shame. She will help you feel held, cared for, and encouraged to become the fullest version of whoever it is you seek to be.
Tiffany is one of the first therapists I think of when looking to refer a client. She is compassionate, wise and views her clients as whole.
I think therapy seekers should hire Tiffany because of her sincere interest in helping individuals live more grounded and fulfilled lives. I believe her extensive professional background, education and counseling training contribute to her unique approach to therapy. She is not a one trick therapist but draws on all of her experience to give clients a tailored approach. She understands many of the difficulties clients are facing first-hand because of her own individual and professional experiences. She uses this knowledge to guide clients along a path to deeper awareness and personal transformation. I highly recommend her.
