About
Tracey is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. She specializes in working with high-achieving women and couples navigating high-functioning anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and major life transitions, including perimenopause. Tracey’s work is particularly focused on women who appear successful on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or “not like themselves” internally. She also works extensively with couples experiencing recurring conflict, emotional disconnection, and relationship strain related to life transitions or betrayal. Her approach is integrative and grounded in evidence-based modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing techniques. She is also trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Levels 1 & 2). Tracey’s philosophy centers on the belief that insight alone is not enough for lasting change. She prioritizes helping clients regulate their nervous systems, understand the deeper roots of their patterns, and integrate meaningful change into their daily lives. Her work is both compassionate and focused, offering clients a clear path forward toward greater self-trust, connection, and emotional resilience.

Message to clients
If you’re the one who “has it together” on the outside but feels anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected on the inside, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to keep doing this by yourself. I work with women and couples who are tired of overthinking, over-functioning, and carrying the emotional load for everyone else. Many of my clients are navigating big shifts: perimenopause, relationship strain, burnout, or a growing sense that the way they’ve been living just isn’t working anymore. If you’re in a relationship, you might feel like you’re having the same fight on repeat, or like no matter how hard you try to communicate, it’s not landing. That’s often not a communication issue, it’s a nervous system issue. And it’s something we can work with. My approach isn’t just about coping, it’s about real, lasting change. We’ll start by helping you feel more grounded and regulated, then move into the deeper work so that the insights you gain actually show up in your daily life, your relationships, and your sense of self. Therapy with me is collaborative, direct, and supportive. I’ll meet you where you are—and I’ll also help you move forward. If you’re ready to feel more like yourself again (or meet a version of yourself you haven’t yet), I’d love to work with you.
