Message to clients

Becoming a therapist was a long and transformative journey for me. At 54 years old, I’ve personally battled anxiety since the age of 24, and overcoming it became my life’s mission. In addition, experiences with loss, grief, depression, and breast cancer, I offer deep empathy, understanding, and accountability. In my quest for healing, I delved into trauma healing, natural medicine, and neuroscience. Along the way, I discovered that the "self" encompasses more than just the mind—it is a dynamic interplay of the mind, brain, body, and soul. Hence, I specialize in the intersection of physical health, mental and brain health, and soul-based factors—critical components for achieving lasting mental wellness, happiness, and success. By blending traditional, evidence-based psychotherapy with alternative techniques, I help my clients navigate life-altering changes. My 11-step program is designed to empower individuals to experience greater happiness, discover their life purpose, and build mental/physical/emotional/spiritual resilience. I work with individuals 14 and up, couples, and those facing unique or complex circumstances.
